Privacy.
Short version: we collect what we need to make your stuff and host your night, we don't run ads or trackers, and we never sell your information. Here's the whole picture in plain English.
What we collect, and why
- Custom orders & quotes. When you send a design or request a quote, we get your name, email, notes, and the image you upload. We use them to print your order and talk to you about it — that's it.
- After Hours reservations. Bookings and payments run through Square. Square handles your card — we never see your card number. We receive your booking details (name, email, night, seats) so we can hold your spot and send your door code.
- Shop purchases. Also processed by Square, on Square's pages, under Square's privacy policy.
- Emails & calls. If you reach out, we keep the conversation so we can help you.
Photos at After Hours
Part of the After Hours experience is that we photograph the night — candid shots of the room and the people in it. Those photos go into a password-protected gallery the next morning; the password is only shared with the guests who were there. If you'd rather not be photographed, tell us at the door. If a photo of you is in a gallery and you want it taken down, email us and it's gone.
What we don't do
- No advertising trackers, no analytics pixels, no selling or renting your information. Ever.
- No marketing emails unless you explicitly asked for them.
Cookies & storage
Our site doesn't set tracking cookies. The only thing it stores is a small flag on your own device remembering that you confirmed you're 21+ (so we don't ask you every visit). It never leaves your browser.
Who touches your data
The services that make the site work: Square (payments & orders), Netlify (website hosting & the order forms), Pic-Time (photo galleries), and Google Workspace (our email). Each handles data under its own privacy policy, and none of them get more than they need to do their job.
